Ideal place to stay with perfect location to Charles De Gaulle airport and great food. The excellent and efficient staff and their quick responses to my needs...

Not so helpful staff!

the place was fairly clean with private parking and a lovely bed. modern functional rooms with particularly nice views, and a mini refrigerator, a safe box, and a tv set. smooth check in and excellent service overall. not to mention good wifi! simply nothing to complain about, fairly nice stay.

The breakfast was very good with a great variety of delicious food options available. the classic double room comes equipped with convenient amenities like an electronic key card, coffee/tea making facilities, and a work desk. the hotel is in an excellent location in a very quiet area, close to the nearest tube station, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and the Metro.

The hotel was more than I expected.. friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms and clean and quite hall ways. parking price was acceptable. security was good. hotel was near by supermarket if you needed any thing. and there was gas station near by.

breakfast was not that good.. people there did not speak English but they tried to help. underground was 15 minutes walking.

The Hotel Staff was wonderful, the room is large, the bed is fantastically comfy, all of the amenities like soaps, shower gels, complementary water were fantastic.The breakfast...ohhh the breakfast... is truly amazing. You have a wide selection of buffet meals that are truly pleasurable. Peace and quiet is another key factor for this hotel as I managed to sleep after 5 long days of walking 11 hours per day in Paris like a Rock in the comfy bed.

One of the persons who were handling the morning breakfast was a bit rude and unhelpful. The other 2 or 3 were great! Take a map with you in order to find the hotel because you have about 5-10 minutes of walking from the Convention station.

The rooms in this place were clean and practical, and the bathroom was nice. the food options were fantastic. the service was good, including the wonderful restaurant they have on-site. 🌟

The hotel was acceptable very clean and pleasant. The buffet breakfast was very good except at the weekend when the regular lady was not there. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The price was on the topside for the hotel. If any thing the hotel was a good walk to the local underground which you need to get about Paris.

The only problem I had was that the washbasin was partially blocked. I did not have time to tell the staff so I just endured it.

We booked Mercure for a short 4-day stay and found clean, well-appointed rooms with a massive, comfortable bed. The area also had great cafes, bakeries, and restaurants, including Les Trois Garcons. It's conveniently located within a 15-minute walk of the Eiffel Tower and close to the Metro. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage early and quickly sorting out any issues, like the heating. Underground private parking was a bonus feature.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were extremely small - Car Parking Garage door jammed as we were leaving for the ferry!
